| Polyaspartic acid (PASP) and polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA) is a new biodegradable water treatment agent, the green can be used to control the circulation cooling water system of CaCO3, BaSO4, CaSO-4.Conductivity method were used to study the preventing CaCO3 of envrionmental friendly chemical PASP from the factors such as PASP, PESA dosage, temperature, solution calcium ion concentration, PH value . preventing CaCO3 efficiency is better when PASP concentration is 40mg/L. PASP be appropriate for high temperature hypercalcemia high basicity.the complex of PASP and PESA for preventing CaCO3.The growing dynamic process of CaCO3 crystal is studied with Conductivity method . nuclei growth rate and the rate of crystal growth 0.0642 min-1,0.0796 min-1, crystal is easy to grow up when supersaturated solution have nuclei.In this paper,the corrosion inhibition ability of PASP with A3 carbon steel in 0.5mol/L HCL solution as discussed with weight loss measurements.Within the experimental the corrosion inhibition efficiency increases when PASP concentration is going up, the inhibitor ability of PASP decreases with the rise of the temperature;the inhibitor ability of PASP increases with the rise of the pH. time is reached 10h, the corrosion inhibition efficiency will be stable.the corrosion inhibition efficiency is 42.5% under the concentration is 50mg/L at 25℃.Complex of PASP and sodium tungstate ,sodium molybdate,OP-10as inhibitors have strong corrosion inhibition efficiency,the results indicate the corrosion inhibition efficiency is 93.67%.The corrosion inhibition efficiency are influenced by PASP concentration ,temperature in simulate water as discussed with weight loss measurements.Mechanism of PASP and PASP dynamic corrosion were used to study.Experiment showed that temperature indicated a remarkable effect On corrosion rate,The adsorptive behavior of PASP on carbon steel in solution at different temperatures follows the Langmuir,Temkin.The values of apparent activation energy of various inhibitor concentration are obtained.The adding of PASP increase the activation energy of the corrosion reaction of carbon steel,which indicates PASP retards the corrosion process within the experimental temperatures. |
