| The crankshaft composite cutting test device is a newly developed for machining crankshaft lathe. It uses the parallelogram principle which we learned from mechanical principles, to realize the crankshaft cutting, can solve the multiple clamping problem in the process of crankshaft cutting. The main content of this article is making the research project design on the basis of the compound cutting test device, in order to effectively solve the problems in the practical production.This paper on the basis of the existing test design, analysis the turning principle and structure of the machine tool, and discuss the scheme design issue, and the main technical parameters of the lathe. In the overall scheme design, we discusse the advantages and disadvantages of different options, and finally determine the overall plan for the machine.In the third chapter of this paper, mainly discussed the scheme design.
