| The technology of the compound turning crankshaft is a new fast-speed, efficient and high degree of accuracy technology,it can settle the problems of low speed of rotation of the work piece,low working accuracy and low precision in classical turning.The cutter frame is a key part to make this technology come true and its static and dynamic characters directly affect this technology.The paper invents a compound turning crankshaft technique,and designs an experimental machine to realize it.Through the analysis of cutter frame's axiom, structure design,three-dimensional model building,analysis of kinematics and dynamics,finite element analysis and structure optimum design,the paper will research the static and dynamic characters and optimum structure of the cutter frame, lastly get the design scheme that satisfies the working demand of the compound machine in the structure character.The main contents of the paper are the followed:Described the character of follow-up cutter frame structure,and model building in pro/e software,then by the analysis of kinematics and dynamics of the cutter frame, the paper calculates the kinematics and dynamics parameter of the key part of the cutter frame,and the intensity and rigidity of the variable cross-section of institution. The analysis result indicates that the initial design is satisfied the requirement of the intensity and rigidity,but its design is too conservative,and can be improved.Based on the model of finite element,the analysis of theory and the results of the design parameter,the paper makes analysis of static force and model analysis to the cutter frame.The analysis of static force displays the stress and displacement distribution in the dimension.In the model analysis,the paper gets their inherent frequencies and mode shapes,and then makes the dynamic characteristic analysis for the link.The analysis result indicates that the dynamic characteristic is ok,and is far away excited frequency.Based on the parameterize model,and analysis results in the front,the paper makes use of the OPT die block of ANSYS to optimize the link and gets the result of reducing the structure's weight,and improve the link in order to make it meet the assembly,processing and practical requirements,and get the reasonable result to guarantees the appropriative turning's working accuracy. |
