| Gear shaper cutter is one of the cutting tools for gear machining,the precision of gear shaper cutter will directly affect the precision and efficiency of gear machining.The important factors affecting the grinding accuracy of the gear shaper are the precision of grinding wheel dressing and the Angle of the grinding wheel entering the gear shaper tooth slot.The precision of grinding wheel dressing is mainly affected by the grinding wheel dressing on the precision of the tool.Therefore,the main research content of this topic is divided into two parts,respectively,the problem of tool setting during grinding wheel dressing and the optimization method of the position of grinding wheel entering the tool slot.Based on the study of the traditional way of knife setting,this paper uses acoustic emission technology to replace the traditional manual observation in the process of knife setting.The installation positions of acoustic emission sensors in acoustic emission control box and Siemens system are studied.Finally,a reasonable tool setting path is designed and the automatic tool setting function of grinding wheel dressing is realized by writing numerical control program.Compared with the traditional manual tool setting method,the tool setting method using acoustic emission technology can quickly and accurately determine whether the diamond roller and the grinding wheel are in contact,which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of the tool setting.The blank of gear shaper cutter has a certain grinding allowance,but the machining allowance is not uniform.In this paper,the distribution characteristics of gear shaper grinding allowance are studied.The method of calculating the distribution of machining allowance is studied by the tooth spacing and tooth surface morphology of the shaper cutter blank.The optimization scheme of the blank machining allowance distribution calculation of gear shaper cutter is studied and the optimization method is verified by MATLAB software.The method of measuring blank tooth spacing and tooth surface morphology by using probe is studied.Finally,a numerical control program based on Siemens 828 D system is written to realize the calculation and automatic allocation of grinding allowance.The automatic tool setting optimization method adopted in this project can improve the tool setting efficiency and accuracy,improve the problem of low grinding efficiency caused by the tooth surface deformation of the gear shaper cutter,and finally improve the machining efficiency and machining accuracy. |
