The U.S.-China environmental cooperation has profound effect on both two countries and the world. However, we can not ignore the increasingly obvious environmental governance contradictions between China and U.S., Especially in the climate change issue. The two countries have insurmountable differences. Basically, the reason why two countries have differences is that the two major environmental states are contesting and realigning the rights and obligations when they are shaping the new international order.
