Research On Xi Jinping’s Important Exposition Of Global Environmental Governance

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,on many important international and domestic occasions,Xi Jinping has made a series of important discussions on global environmental governance and led China to actively participate in the practice of global environmental governance,contributing Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to global environmental governance.Systematically summarize Xi Jinping about the main contents and characteristics of the global environmental governance concept,It is of great practical significance to study and publicize Xi Jinping’s the idea of global governance and understand 、practice the Xi Jinping’s idea of ecological civilization.This study uses literature research,inductive deduction,case analysis and other methods,the generative logic,content features and value significance of the important discourse on Xi Jinping’s global environmental governance are deeply studied.In terms of generative logic,this study made a macro exploration of the formation background and theoretical foundation of important discussions on Xi Jinping’s global environmental governance with the help of relevant literature at home and abroad.In terms of content characteristics,through literature research method and case analysis method,this paper attempts to analyze the specific connotation of important discussions on Xi Jinping’s global environmental governance in such dimensions as "times value","responsibility subject","governance object","implementation path" and "governance goal".On this basis,this study further summarizes the three characteristics of important discussions on global environmental governance,including the integrity and systematization of cognitive thinking,the reality and brightness of the new order of environmental governance,and the particularity and universality of the construction of global ecological civilization.This study holds that the important discussion of Xi Jinping’s global environmental governance has outstanding theoretical value and distinct practical value: on the one hand,it is conducive to improving the Xi Jinping’s idea of ecological civilization,innovating and developing the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and surpassing the western theories of environmental governance;On the other hand,through the publicity and practice of China’s ideas and plans,it can enhance China’s voice in global environmental governance,and thus lead the healthy and balanced development of global environmental governance.
