Multicentral Management: The Best Choice Of Environmental Management

The rapid development of economy boosts the social development and improves the living of human beings. However, the unreasonable, inefficient exploitation and using of resources comes along with such extensive mode of economic growth. Rapidly worsening pollutions, the balance between economic development and environmental management, the relationship between different stakeholders, all these are the problems that government desiderates to solve in the public services.The present environmental problems, the simplification of subjects, monotonous measures, incomplete management organizations, faulty management regulations and shortness of capital for environmental protection, by considering the deficiency and difficult situation of government in environmental managements, this article introduces a new management mode-"Multicentral management".To build a multi-dimensional management net based on government, enterprises, social organizations and personal citizens is not to deny the core position of government, but to relocate the position of government, market and society, which will make highest effectiveness of social organizations, enterprises and personal citizens on environmental protections.
