Abstract/Summary:
Submarine plough is mainly used for trenching of submarine pipe, to protect submarine cables and pipes, it has broad application prospects. This topic originated from CNOOC Engineering"Hard clay trench technology and equipment research" project that is aimed to design and develope the submarine plough with independent intellectual property rights for pipe buried. It based on domestic and international submarine plough successful experience in mechanical design, through the plough structure design analysis of the factors research and design that can be used underwater 50 meter, and performs related researches.First, after deep analyses of related technology of a large number of trenching machine technology, based on the design characteristics of the task, planning a plough trencher machine system, the plough has main five components: the main body, grab and roller, skids and the supporter, adjustment mechanism, share and supporter, of which the main body is the machine carrying,including the tow force, soil resistance and physical strength sea water; grab and roller is mainly to grab,lift the pipe, hold the pipe at the flexibile state of pipe; skids and the supporter is an important part to walk and support the plough; adjustment mechanism adjusts the direction of plough, ensure the same direction of extense pipeline; share and supporter is designed according to type and depth of the channel, its surface type of share impact of soil broken and soil pushed. Interaction between them to ensure plough can trench smoothly at complex seabed, other auxiliary parts complement and optimize the whole system.Then, After finding out characteristic parameters of pough, structure types of all major function modules are decided based on these parameters, with the optimized structure designed using SolidWorks software, conduct a virtual assembly, to predict its performance, then improv the design, improve performance. After the overall design is completed, all the key parts need to be verified by the finite element analysis, motion models need to be simulated.
