The object of this dissertation is the complete-alteration of Xinli oil field, a sub diary company of Jilin oil field. In this thesis, the feasibility of the above mentioned project will be analyzed.The feasibility analysis is a significant part in project management. The feasibility analysis of the complete-alteration of Xinli oil field includes 3 phases:Phase 1: investigating the present situation of Xinli oil field; distinguishing the retainable projects and the projects which need alterations.Phase 2: analyzing and comparing the technical feasibility of different solutions.Phase 3: economic feasibility analysis based on the technical solutions. The following conclusions can be reached based on the feasibility study of the complete-alteration of Xinli oil field:1. Oil- gathering process for single well system is feasible, which has four enforcement regulations.2. Gathering network system is feasible. It's important to reduce the gathering trunks, optimize the layout of the gathering trucks, rearrange the orders, eliminate the booster station, cut the number of projects which need alterations, elevate the specific load of the system, lower the energy consumption and maintenance cost.3. After the alterations of the system, the power load of the station is decreased; the already established power supply system maintains its original operation mode, which can meet the demands.4. The quantities of the oil-gas gathering and transportation system projects can be calculated.5. The total investment of the complete-alteration of Xinli oil field project approximately comes to 76.6815 million Yuan.6. The main technical indication of oil- gas gathering and transformation system can meet the standards after alterations.7. Through the alteration projects, the pipe networks outside the station can be updated, which can solve the problems of serious pipeline erosion, and thus the pollution to natural environment can be alleviated or avoided. The energy consumption can also be reduced by the adjustment and alteration of the outside/inside station processes. After alterations, over 80â„… single well pipelines will be renewed; the measuring station will eliminate the erodent and aged equipments; the sealing rate is increased and energy consumption reduced; surface gathering process is simplified; the construction of ground facilities will decline and the goal of cutting the production and operation cost and maintenance cost can be achieved. 8. This project abides by the relevant state policies and regulations strictly and obeys the laws of Jilin province in terms of the environment protection and land utilization. It also complies with the requirements and standards of gas- oil industry. The construction of ground facilities is based on advanced technologies, safe operations, low energy consumption and pollution.
