Xinli Oil Production Plant Gathering System Energy Saving Technology Research

Xinli oil production plant of Jilin oilfield is one of the ten oil production plant, Foundedin1982, the annual production of50x104tons oil equivalent. In the transmission system,established a new production plant has two joint station, three heating station, four transferstations,85seat set oil metering, single well oil using three sets of oil: namely, three pipe withheat flow, double small ring doped process and single tube cold transportation process modeof production. Gathering system for high consumption of oil every year up to1.2x104tons ofcrude oil.This paper is in the transmission system, the annual consumption of crude oil for privateuse of the actual situation, positive development to produce the most basic research ingathering and transportation system, find the existence of ageing of equipment of high energyconsumption; bacKWard technology resulting in high energy consumption; gatheringoperation parameters are not scientific and caused the loss of energy; the existing crude oil.Conditions are not fully utilized and other factors, find out the energy consumption isunreasonable; research feasible technical improvement measures, changing the mode ofproduction, to achieve energy saving and emission reduction purposes, in order to improve theenergy utilization efficiency, reduce pollution, improve economic benefit.
