LCD-Based Low Carbon Furniture Design

In the new century, global warming has affected human survival and development, environmental protection has become the consensus of the community, low-carbon design is considered to be the only way to sustainable development of mankind. The rise of low-carbon design is gradually changing the consumption of resources, changing people's lifestyles and consumer attitudes, it provide a way for people to make full use of natural resources and environmentally friendly system design methodology. Social and economic development means that people can have a more comfortable high-quality living environment, the furniture is a necessity of daily life, so the demand of furniture is increasing. Furniture is an industrial product, which perfect combination of technology and art, it is not only to meet the functional and aesthetic requirements, but also to meet the demand on the environment-friendly. Design a healthy and environmental friendly furniture has become the first choice to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. "Carbon" as an advanced ideological theory will guide the practice of furniture design in the right development path. Life cycle assessment as a key of low-carbon technology in furniture design, it has very important significance in the life cycle environment impact. In this context, we try to design the low-carbon furniture, which based on the life cycle assessment method. After the discussion of the human ecological crisis, the paper first analyzes the current status of the furniture industry, based on the analysis of the status of today's furniture industry, the low-carbon design as an invisible spiritual to limit the human behavior. This paper emphasizes the low-carbon furniture design must be integrated into people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept and the need to build a low-carbon life cycle assessment framework technical platform in order to achieve the value of furniture products. Secondly, based on the product life cycle assessment system, the paper presents the low-carbon design. In the part of the furniture design about the low-carbon, the paper analyzes the assessment of carbon furniture system, the choice of materials, processing technology, product disassembly, recycling technologies, including efforts to explore and summarized the furniture materials and hazardous substances in harmful pollution, waste recycling furniture and furniture design and removable examples cited related to the design of low-carbon analysis. Finally, I make a summary of the full text, and put forward my own design.
