Start-up process of pre-baked aluminum reduction cell is one of the most important factors to cell life, and cell life is related to the economic effects of aluminium electrolysis directly, especially for large pre-baked anode cell, the shunt equipment is more important. At present, the aluminum corporations are very attention to the process of pre-bake of cells, usually use the technology of shunt. However, because the series current is too excessive in roasting, and the limitation of the technology now. In the actual application of using distributary equipment and operation process is very primitive, more artificially operation is used,labor is intensity,current quantity is small, the process is uncontrolled,and so on. Relying on the adrantage of our school in mechanics, electronics, automation, we design a new type of aluminum electrolytic cell roasting shunt devices. Through the design of roasting distributary equipment can control the closed and disconnect shunt switch to accurately, achieve the optimal shunt roasting effect.First of all, based on the summary of domestic and international situation of aluminum electrolysis shunt roasting, according to the experimental conditions at present, get the route and main research work of the paper.Secondly, we design and develop a experimental platform in our laboratory, it can simulate the process of pre-baked aluminum cell.Including a DC power and a high power load resistor ark. Through to high-power resistance on the ark,we get the scheme route of using the high power load resistor ark to simulate the aluminium cell. According to the shunt electricity flow and the request, we raise the system design of the shunt equipment,and the fuction design of the equipment,and I give all the CAD drawings, and I have completed the processing and debugging of the shunt equipment.Finally, through the experimental platform we completed roasting distributary equipment and shunt pieces in all kinds of current load of experimental research, realize the maximum output current can reach 2 million ampere experimental function. And through the shunt quantity and hot load calculation and simulation proves the roasting distributary equipment has large quantities and good shunt come loose hot effect, achieve the expected effect of shunt experiment.At present, by repeated debigging, the experimental platform is able to stability and controlled to simulate the working process of the aluminum electrolytic cells.
