And then combined product modeling design knowledge, design and product a household electric treadmill examples which is fashionable advent-courier, convenient and comfortable to use. Aimed at improving national interest in fitness, and promote the development of fitness in China. The design of household electric treadmill is related to the development of the nationwide fitness campaign. Good design can not only promote the economic growth and the circulation, and can also improve people's interesting to fitness, then take part in fitness sports frequently, strengthen national overall physical quality.Fitness person contact closely to treadmills in the process of using a treadmill, each of the treadmill's parts will influence people health. In this paper, The author used five parts to introduced the research projectFirst part, using relevant knowledge of science of human movement, analyzes the benefits of walking-run movement, and the matters needing attention and method activities.Second part, from the various factors of ergonomics, analyzed the ergonomics factors needs to consider, the ergonomic design principles in product design and related human size's usage, next according to these factors which is needed refined analysis of the ergonomics size of different aspects of treadmills. Also on the treadmill of each parts selection for analysis.The third part, combining the national physical condition, considering that there are different person in different physical quality in the same family, aimed at difference family member analysis and refined design of Household electric treadmill's functions and procedures. Give fitness person a better service. The forth part, use some product design methods to do sketch and design about the major parts of the treadmill, eventually selected suitable schemes for computer aided design, and rendering a final rendering.The fifth part, after the design is finished, as final batch production for the purpose, cooperated with factory to make a sample, after many inspection and evaluation, finally to the market, get mass production...
