Today, the global energy crisis becomes more and more severe.Saving energy is not only related to economic development, but also to the energy efficiency of users.Oil field not only produces large amounts of energy, but also consumes large amounts of energy.Improving the using efficiency of resource effectively and consuming the least resources to get the most economic and social benefits have become the top priority in Oilfield Enterprises. Developing a set of pumping unit on-line monitoring and comprehensive evaluation system with the founction of automatic diagnosis and energy-saving is of good meaning.This paper developed a set of pumping unit on-line monitoring and comprehensive evaluation system with high accuracy and reliability based on ASP.NET and SQL database. This paper took full account of the actual oil production, designed the solution of system implementation on the basis of researching the needs of oil field monitoring software, built the entire software framework of system implementation and completed the design of system database and safety management. At last this paper realized the developmen of the system using ASP.NET.This paper proposed an energy metering algorithm using the stroke time of the pumping unit as computering time which is more applicable for energy metering of the pumping unit combined with the particularity of the pumping unit load and established a fault diagnosis model for rod pumping and gave a pumping well fault diagnosis algorithm using the method of area, difference curve and the neural network, and made good diagnosis results because of taking full use of respective diagnosis advantages. At the same time, this paper gave a new real-time measuriement way of the oil extractor degree of balance based on dynamometer and energy meter and established the analysis model of pump efficiency based on pump diagram to achieve pump efficiency on-line computation and analysis. At last, it completed the analysis and evaluation of the pumping system efficiency in fuzzy evaluation method. This pumping on-line monitoring and evaluation system based on ASP.NET and SQL database developed in this paper has been used in hekou oil production plant of shengli oil field and achieved good operating results, and verified the feasibility of the development program.
