The Study Of Purification And Preparation Process Of Total Iridoid Glycoside From Fructus Gardeniae

Objective To optimize the purification process of total iridoid glycoside from fructus gardeniae.and study the preparation process.Methods The purification method is to select orthogonal experiment with content of geniposide which is the inspection target.Results The best purification process includes the following conditions. First about water-deposition, the relative density should be 1.2; the water addition should be 10 times; and the time shall last 24 hours;Second is the mixing proportion of diatomite and extraction is 2:1. The next about ethyl acetate, the content of it is 12 times; extracting times is 3; and the time should last 2 hours. The final is aut decolouring with active charcoal in which content of extraction is 40%; At last the capsule preparation is processed which quality is so stable.Conclusions The content of total iridoid glycoside from fructus gardeniae is stable to achieve 66.9%, and we wan make it into capsule,which can provide valuable reference for industry production.
