Research On The Heat-Treatment Process By Orthogonal Experiment Method Of The WL Company

With the rapid development of the world economy globalization and integration, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. Quality and cost is the main content of the competition. The key to decide quality and cost is process optimization.In this paper, the traditional technology is backward, Process management method in urgent need of reform in the WL Company. Put forward the need for an advanced industrial management process in particular the normalizing heat treatment process management.In this paper, the research background, significance, content and methods are discussed. Then analysis the product development status and management status are discussed. At the same time, the ductile iron crankshaft heat-treatment process situation and deficiencies of WL Company are analyzed. On the other hand, the normalizing process design scheme is emphatically expounded to obtain the optimal factor level combination by orthogonal experimental design. According to the influencing factors of crankshaft normalizing identified three factors and three levels normalized test and using L9(34) orthogonal table selected9representative experiment scheme, carried on the analysis to the test results by using the method of analysis of variance, finally achieve the optimal factor level combination, and by drawing the factors and index trend figure very intuitive expression the effect of each factor level normalizing test on experimental index. The experimental results are compared with the previous normalizing process. Not only the comprehensive mechanical properties are improved, but also the cost of the heat-treatment is reduced.This paper demonstrates orthogonal experimental method. With the management method, not only the inherent product quality of WL Company is improved, but also all products have no defect. So the higher and faster development of the company is more firm. The development of new process management process promotes the application and development of advanced management technology in WL Company, and it can impel the application and research of the orthogonal experiment in domestic enterprises.
