Study Of Increasing The Beer Package Assembly Line Efficiency Basing On The Multi-mode Management Coordinate

Now the competition is very hard in the market. If an enterprise wants to defeat his competitors and gets more market share, he must keep on finding a more efficient way to produce and manage his business, to improve his capability of competition. The core of management is improving the efficiency. The Beer package assembly line is an important symbol of a beer factory on the whole management which includes HR, equipment, logistics, technics, purchase, plan, urgent case handling and the producing system. In another words, one high efficient beer package assembly line means the factory is very successful on his management. Improving the efficiency of the beer package assembly line is very important and significative for the beer factory to cut down the cost and increase the yield.In this paper, it uses the typical international beer industry formula to evaluate the efficiency of the beer package assembly line of Zhujiang Beer Group Guangzhou Factory. It also uses a way named on-site template to record the data from the assembly line. According to the analysis and study of the data in 2008, it finds out the main factors which cause the low efficiency on the beer package assembly line. These factors are relative to many problems, such as the morale and the training of the operator, the operation and the maintenance of the equipment, the link between the supply and the package line, the coordination among the order, the manufacture plan and the producing technics, the accident handling. In order to solve these problems on-site, it claims to use a special management mode which is consist of 7 different management modes after studying the real situation and condition of the Zhujiang Beer Group. These different management modes are the 5S management, TPM, the service agreement, the improvement of the producing process and the producing management.In 2009, the Zhujiang Beer Group Guangzhou Factory uses this kind of the multi-mode management coordinate on the beer package assembly line. As a result, the efficiency of the beer package assembly line improves about 18.35% under the same condition. Actually, it not only saves the cost, but also guarantees the high quality of the product.
