Offshore Platform Program Flow Lines Quality Control

This paper discusses the flow line quality control program by three nodes of the pipeline designing, fabricating, and commissioning. Based on the theories of the programme management and quality control tools, the paper worked out a system management method for the programme quality management system.Firstly, this paper states the factors of the designing quality control and how to eliminate the negative factors. Then, this article states the detail quality control points of the flow line fabrication, and develop the process control map for this flow line program. At last, for the actual situation of the offshore flow line commissioning, the text analysis the factors of the offshore quality control activities.The Non-Conformance Record which is called NCR is the most important tools to program quality control. This is the key point to make the programme successful or not. And, NCR is the difference between the programme quality control and project quality control. The continual improvement goes through all three nodes and even inside the different periods of each node. Use NCR to improve the performance of the flow line programme organization, optimize the specifications and designing. This improved the quality of the flow line programme and worked out a system method of programme quality control system.
