| Currently, the joint of industrial product should meet the requirement of many aspects in the application, in which process it should not only consider the product's function, such as loading capacity, joint strength, cosmetic, but also the feasibility of productivity and cost in the producing process. So, it should balance all aspects' impact in the product's design and manufacturing, finding the optimized solution by systematic method, achieve the robust result of product design, manufacturing process and general cost. Here in the dissertation it make a cross comparison and analysis of metallic riveting, plastic crimping and hook linking, systematically study the different joint method's characteristic, optimization, design of experiment and verification. The main work of this dissertation is as below:Analyses the stress/strain character under forcing, application range of metallic riveting and plastic crimping; for metallic rivet, analyze its component structure in detail, do the sensitivity analysis of feature parameter, directly show the impact trend of strength by the sensitivity curve; create model and do the optimization analysis for the influence of multi parameter combination, calculating the optimized result, provide methodology of component optimization;Analyses the technique factor of manufacturing process that impacting riveting quality; study the technique sensitivity of different component structure; sort and optimize the parameter through orthogonal experimental design;Verify the optimized result of design and technique parameter through experiment, provide direction and experience for the design and similar product through failure analysis of product. |
