With the development of economy in China, great abundance of daily necessities and increase of material consumption, disposable products and packed commodities are widely used, resulting in municipal solid waste, which is an indispensable source of environmental pollution.In order to solve the problems of quantitative reduction, pollution of municipal solid waste, to reduce the cost of sorting MSW, and to promote the development of MSW post-processing industry, this paper is targeted to design a simplified classification system for property management companies with the effect of economy and industrialization. On a basis of a brief introduction about current situation of domestic research, this paper analyzes the composition and physical characteristics of MSW and works out the procedures with the application of theoretical analysis, design of virtual prototype and experiments, built on the research on the structure, principle and paradigm of key parts in this system. The main contents are as follows:Aimed at municipal solid waste in the community, this part figures out the composition with statistical method, analyzes its physical characteristics and provides the reference for further research. According to research above, post-processing ways and requirement of quantitative reduction, this part is to design the sorting process, that is, to poke and crush, separate large volume, small volume hard waste, kitchen garbage, and soft ones.To meet the request of sorting process, this part sets down the specific equipments in every procedure; introduce work principle and structural design in detail; design the functional key equipments including the sizes and theoretical analysis on paradigm.This part applies test prototype UG6.0 to set up the procedures of virtual assembly design; analyze the check of its function and kinematics simulation. According the virtual model, this design is to decrease the procedures, improve the quality, shorten development cycle, and reduce the cost, which has an obvious effect in practice.In the experiments, taking the isolation rates of large volume and soft garbage as indices, perform two experiments of quadratic orthogonal rotational combination and apply Design-Expert software to analyze data. With the method of the quadratic orthogonal rotational combination, establish the regressive equation between isolation rates and factors, that is, speed ratioi1, anglea, length of needlel, speed ratio i2, height difference h, and then probe the regulation. Through analysis on regressive equation, the main and secondary factors affecting isolation rates are found. Based on objective optimization, optimize models with a view to obtaining the optimum combination in target range.
