Ceramic industry in China has been highly developed, where ceramic sanitary production is most in the world. However, there are many problems overall, such as low grade of products, high energy consumption and resource consumption, low production efficiency and utilization, etc. As production technology of bathroom products being improved abroad, especially in Japan and Germany, ceramic sanitary companies at domestic are facing more and more challenges. They need to absorb modern technology and methods urgently to shorten product development cycles, reduce costs and enhance competitiveness of the products.The research was based on the'A Model with Four Bodies'product information model(AMFB model). By studying the reuse character and function of'Intelligent Body'of AMFB, that CBD technology is the key method for reuse was proposed.Toilet style&modeling was decomposed as 7 projects and 22 categories by elements, according to form factor analysis, then the table of toilet style&modeling was established. Based on a broad collection of adjectives for describing toilet style&modeling,6 groups of image semantic words related to toilet style&modeling were extracted. Evaluation scores of samples under different perceptual images were obtained through the questionnaire survey, which was processed by SPSS, according to theory of quantitative number I and multiple regression analysis method. Then, the mathematical models between the elements of toilet style&modeling and perceptual image were built, whose prediction accuracy and reliability were also validated. The impact of elements of toilet style&modeling to the final emotional images was then obtained.CBD technology applied in toilet design was studied. The results of Kansei engineering was used to guide toilet product design. The perceptual evaluation of process of the toilet product design program and similar case retrieval process were designed. Finally, the toilet style&modeling design system was developed on Visual Basic 6.0 platform, using Microsoft Access as the back-end database, which was proved to be practically valuable to complete design program perceptual image projections and retrieve out similar design cases.
