With the continuous progress of manufacturing technology in our country, and the increasingly fierce competition at home and abroad, our country's automation levels of packaging machinery is rising. This thesis is research on the Automatic lid laminated machine which development for a plastic products processing enterprise in Jiangmen City in Guangdong Province. The use of the automation equipment is used for plastic disk box products subsequent processing, including bending the boxes'ridge- edge, covering the boxes, stacking and pressing the neatly. Practice shows that the equipment's operating results meets the design requirement. Our research study in this issue has reference value for the research in other similar packaging product. In the development process of this equipment, we analyze and solve the stability problems, and finally complete it's development and manufacture works. The main content of this thesis is as follows.First, by access to relevant information on domestic and international automation packaging machinery , the development of packaging machinery particularly plastic machinery are well understood. Then, through the field trips, the processing of plastic disk boxes is learned. Based on the analysis above and the reliability and optimization theory, the overall program of the automatic lid laminated machine was designed. After that, all the implementations belong to the equipment are complete detail designed,including the drawing device, bending device, covering device, shifting device, stacking device and pressing device. The parameters and models of cylinders and step-motors of each device are calculated and selected. Besides, the machine's electrical circuit, the control system and the air route are planed. Then,the PLC and HMI programs are written. Finally, the problems of lack of reliability because of unreasonable mechanical structure show up in application are solved, by analysis and redesign.The actual application results show that the control system and software programming of the Automatic lid laminated machine for Disk box can meet the all expected production requirements, and work well. The technology has potential market significance and some reference value.
