In recent years,with the increasing number of crab fishing in China's fisheries,and crab processing equipment is relatively backward,so the allocation of crab processing personnel is more and more,which makes the labor cost of crab processing industry greatly increased.Looking forward to the future development prospects of crab processing industry,we must accelerate the pace of independent research and development,reduce the gap,and occupy a better position in the research and development of aquatic equipment.This paper studies an automatic crab processing equipment,which has the functions of removing crab umbilical cord,carapace,gills,cutting and cleaning.The equipment uses a conveyor chain to drive the crab movement.Firstly,the foot and sole of the crab are fixed by a clamping mechanism.Crabs are transported through the conveyor chain to various processing stations.Then,the crabs are removed umbilical,carapace,gill,cut and washed in turn.This paper studies the automatic crab processing equipment,which can reduce the staffing of aquatic enterprises,improve the efficiency of workers,improve the crab finishing rate,and enhance the competitiveness of crab processing in China.Based on the measurement and acquisition of a large number of key dimensions of crabs,and on the basis of these key data,a new type of automatic crab processing equipment is designed by using modern mechanical design methods and aiming at the needs of current aquatic processing enterprises for crab processing.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)A design scheme of crab processing equipment is proposed,which can process crabs automatically and continuously.Crabs can be removed umbilicus,carapace,gill,cut and cleaned in turn.(2)Based on the measured data,the overall structure design of crab automatic processing equipment is completed by using three-dimensional design software SolidWorks,and the shortcomings are improved.The 3-D physical models of the shelling and paroting mechanisms are printed.(3)The key mechanism of crab automatic processing equipment is analyzed by finiteelement method with ANSYS software.The reliability is determined by observing the equivalent total deformation and stress nephograms.(4)The control system of crab automatic processing equipment is designed.According to the control of motor,the ladder diagram is compiled and the program is simulated.
