Research On The Corporate Governance Of Disaster Public Crisis

The Wenchuan Earthquake is the most destructive, the most extensively, and the hardest to relieve earthquake after the founding of People's Republic of China. It had brought unprecedented social force and the voluntary spirit, and also made the theorists move their focus on the corporate governance of disaster public crisis.China is a country with frequent natural disasters, discussing how to accomplish the corporate governance between the government and other subjects when the natural disasters occur, is not only can reduce the economic and social loss of the disaster, but also beneficial to the poly-centers development of our social governance structure.The paper is depends on the Wenchuan Earthquake. After reviews the current research conditions, the relevant concepts and interrelated theory at both home and abroad, it makes a logic analysis on the corporate governance of disaster public crisis from three aspects:the different subjects, the necessity of corporate governance and the feasibility of corporate governance.Furthermore, it has brought a microcosmic case "New Action of the Hump" of the corporate governance in Wenchuan Earthquake into, and describing and analysis the case through the rudimentary stage, the content of cooperation, the mode of cooperation and the end of cooperation.And reveals there are four problems in the process of corporate governance:the weak power of social support,the less room for cooperation, the irregular channel of cooperation and the unsustainable cooperation.But it also offers some useful enlightenments for corporate governance:having common sense of responsibility is the premise of cooperation, the trust is the basis of cooperation, the relatively complemented is the key of cooperation,the strict and perfected institution is the guarantee of the cooperation.Finally, the paper raises four feasible suggestions to accomplish the corporate governance of disaster public crisis:helping grow the social capital to increase the possibility of corporate governance, optimizing the authority as the duty to build the system of corporate governance in disaster public crisis, establishing formal cooperative channel to ensure the cooperation, fulfill government duties to advance the sustainable of cooperation.
