Vehicle crankshaft is an important part of automobile engines. The remanufacturing engineering of vehicle crankshaft takes used-crankshaft as the blank and renovates the disabled position of the crankshaft by advanced technology of surface engineering and manufacturing, so that remanufactured-crankshaft regains the same quality and functions as the new one. The remanufacturing of the vehicle crankshaft would make the best use of the used-crankshaft resource, retain the remaining value of manufacturing, save the mineral resources and energy, reduce the cost of production, improve the performance of vehicle crankshaft, extend its life-cycle, and reduce the environment pollution of disposing the waste.Taking the vehicle crankshaft as the research object, analyze the main failure modes of vehicle crankshaft, study the remanufacturing technology process of vehicle crankshaft, mainly discuss the items to be tested and the test methods in the segment of detection, and study the control method to ensure the quality of the remanufacturing crankshafts.According to the usage requirements of the vehicle crankshaft, this paper proposes evaluating indicator of remanufactured crankshaft. This paper establishes assessment model for remanufacture ability of the vehicle crankshafts and the system of evaluation indicator by Matter-Element method. The weights of evaluation indicators are reasonably distributed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the used-crankshaft's remanufacture ability is evaluated as well. It is convenient to classify and process crankshaft by the result of evaluation. The hierarchy of environmental impact assessment in the processes of crankshaft remanufacturing is established on the basis of the environmental impact of crankshaft remanufacturing process. The weight of indicators in the hierarchy is distributed using AHP method based on the triangular fuzzy number. This part transforms the evaluating indicators'grade of qualitative assessment to quantization value, calculates the value of environmental impact assessment, and compares the economical efficiency between vehicle crankshaft manufacturing and remanufacturing.Based on the enterprise information integration platform, remanufacturing evaluation module of vehicle crankshaft is developed, which can carry on real-time processing to crank data in the online detection, to improve the efficiency in judging of automobile crankshaft remanufacturing. It can track the historical usage information and future information of vehicle crank to conform to the relevant national standards.In this paper, vehicle crankshaft remanufacturing is reasonably evaluated. It can improve the resource utilization of vehicle used-crankshaft to full extent and improve the efficiency of automotive crankshaft remanufacturing, to lower the production costs of crankshaft and reduce environmental pollution, which is significant to build the "resources-saving, environmental-friendly" society.
