Welding Frame structure was widely used in equipment, vehicle and ship, and dome structure, welding quality has great impact on final product. Traditional TIG and CO2 MIG could accomplish most of welding operation, but in all position welding operation of middle thickness material situation, often find penetration is not enough, and lots of splash, welding line looks very poor. Especially, at the joined line of thick material and thin material, strength is very weak, and often occur deformation. So develop a new process to improve welding quality becoming very important.At the beginning of this thesis, several kind of welding method were compared, at the mean time, analyzing how different welding parameter and process effect welding quality. Pointed out ternary gas with pulse function welding could deal with actual problem in all position welding. In order to make sure ternary gas with pulse function welding could reach its'best effect, several key factor were analyzed. BP neutral network is built for the selection model about processing parameters of welding, its performance is optimized. Welding parameter check list was set up for frame, all parameters were described in detail to make sure electronic system could work normally.Welding torch control system and welding fixture control system design theory were covered by the thesis. Welding torch control system was design under Panasonic robot system, welding fixture control system was developed under Mitsubishi PLC system.
