On The System Of Environmental Information Disclosure Of Enterprise In China

The system of environmental information disclosure of enterprise has been generally accepted in the world as an effective environmental pollution control measure. The forcible disclosure information is closely on the interests of the public or has severe environmental impact. And information disclosure should follow the principle of timeliness, accuracy, integrity and convenience. (4)The exception of the environmental information disclosure of enterprise -trade secret: Finding a suitable point and achieving the balance between the two parts. (5)The form, procedure and the obligation of the environmental information disclosure of enterprise: All these three parts are procedural provision, which can guarantee the remedy of the victim's rights as well as the efficient operation of the system of the environmental information disclosure.
