Study On The Disclosure System Of Enterprise Environmental Information In China

The enterprise environment information system is an important channel for the government and the public to understand the dynamics of enterprises,the enterprise environment information system plays an irreplaceable role in monitoring environmental protection measures and the prevention of environmental pollution.There are still many problems in the disclosure of information,policy wise.The main issues are the narrow subject scope,incomplete content,broad channels,imperfect supervision and legal liability system.For a comprehensive,full disclosure of enterprise environmental information it is crucial to improve the relevant laws and regulations,enterprise environment information disclosure should be included in the main aspects of risk enterprises,expanding the list of key aspects enterprises have to conform to,to increase the scope of information regarding greenhouse gas emissions and location information of dirty enterprises,tighten supervision and ease the conditions for the public to report irresponsible enterprises through the public interest litigation system,in terms of corporate responsibility,increasing penalties from a single fines for enterprises to punishing those people responsible,and so on,in order to perfect the enterprise environment information disclosure system in our country.
