China is the world's biggest producer and consumer of coal. Comparing with oil and gas, coal resources relatively abundant, and has obvious advantages in mining and using in our countury. It meant that the coal resources will still be irreplaceable, and be our main energy and important strategic material for a long time in the future. The coal industry will be long-term and stable in the fundamental position in national economy.The contradiction is inherent between development and utilization of mineral resources and environmental protection. Our country always goes to waste of resources and the cost of the environment of extensive development road in the development and utilization of mineral resources long-term since. With rapiding development of the mining construction in China, the mine environment pollution and destruction has become more and more serious.It has become a source of environment pollution and destruction and the important factor of social development in China.
