Zhangjiakou High-tech Zone Outdoor Group Of Mining Mine Geological Environment Assessment And Management Model Research

With the accelerated pace of China’s industrialization,the rapid increase in the amount of resources,geological environment problems have begun to cause a huge threat to human production and life.Zhangjiakou city is located in the northwest of Hebei Province,rich in mineral resources,nearly 500 kinds of mineral resources,mining history is very long.High tech Zone group mining area located in the urban area south of Beijing Tibet high speed on both sides,the location is very important,cause serious damage to the mining geological environment but also threaten the local residents in this area,so the evaluation and research has important theoretical value and practical.This paper introduces the natural geography and geological environment of Zhangjiakou high tech Zone,the research area of mineral resources development and utilization of the status quo and characteristics of mine geological environment,and the main geological environment problems and analyzed the causes of.The geological environment of mine in Zhangjiakou city high tech Zone survey as the basis,starting from the mine geological environment problems,combined with the characteristics of the study area of environmental background,geographic location of mine environmental problems in the study area were analyzed,the Zhangjiakou high tech Zone area geological environment problems including mine geological disaster,landform and landscape destruction,land resources pressure total destruction.To establish a new evaluation system including fourteen evaluation factors,method to determine the weights of the evaluation factors by AHP,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the quality of geological environment of mine,according to the evaluation results,the study area is divided into serious,serious and light in three areas.Modular design is a design language in the system engineering,the use of top-down thinking,the systematic problem is divided into several levels,a number of modules and a number of sub modules to solve.This paper will introduce the idea of modular design in the mine environment management,combining with the geological environment evaluation results,the characteristics of geological environment of mine area and the surrounding area of typical mine successful example for Zhangjiakou and the surrounding areas of the mine geological environment governance model includes modular;green mine model,agricultural land reclamation,construction mode,mode of culture and entertainment it contains several models and modules and sub modules.
