| In the paper, the causes of uneven air distribution problem of the Electrostatic-Fabric Composite Precipitator were analyzed and the improvements were proposed. The air distribution of three types Electrostatic-Fabric Composite Precipitator was simulated with CFD software FLUENT. The calculations show that, the phenomenon of uneven air distribution is obvious when there is no uniform airflow device and diversion device. For COHPACⅡ-type Electrostatic-Fabric Composite Precipitator with the bag on top of the electric field, the deflector was installed between the electric field and the ash bucket, when the deflector is straight and the spacing is 0.7m, its air distribution is more uniform; For COHPACⅡ-type Electrostatic-Fabric Composite Precipitator with the bag on right of the electric field, the deflector was installed between the electric field and the bag, when the deflector spacing and tilt angle are respectively of 1.3m and 55°, its air distribution is more uniform; For AH-type compound Electrostatic-Fabric Composite Precipitator, the air distribution of the section near the middle of the dust chamber impacted by the hole rate of the plate is more obvious, when the hole rate after the bottom of the plate was set of 0.5 and others were 0.3, the air distribution was improved. |
