On Environmental Impact Evaluation For First Phase Project Of Youzhong Thermal Power Plant

Construction project environmental impact evaluation problems is a new research area in our country, its achievements are not very mature. In this paper, based on thorough investigations and analyses of thermal power construction projects, an environmental impact evaluation index system for thermal power plant construction projects is set up. Using Feature Vector method and fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, a qualitative evaluation model is build, too. In the end, this evaluation method and model is used to evaluate the first phase project of Youzhong Thermal Power Plant in Inner Mongolia province, and evaluation results proved our index system and model to be both practical and realistic.
