Based on the feature of FCC gasoline hydrogenation technology, real-time dynamic simulation of the reaction process is carried out here for the process of FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization.The FCC gasoline hydrogenation system mainly consists of SHU reactor, HDS reactor, splitter, stabilizer, heat exehange, pump, air compressor, reboiler, vapor system and pipeline network system. In this paper, the model of various unit equipment involved in the process of FCC gasoline hydrogenation was established. And a suitable model for approach was chosen. Through topology analysis of the pipeline network, the pipeline network system will be structured and a dynamic model of pipeline network system was established. Finally, dynamic simulation software was developed; it used in the real-time simulation successfully and achieved good effect.The result of the simulation software has approached the practical data, reflected the basic principles of FCC gasoline hydrogenation and can be applied to the simulation of the technical process. The whole simulation process is good to reflect the running conditions of equipment and has better dynamic characteristics. The simulation results can be used not only for the operational training but also for the technology upgrade and control system study. The software has successfully applied for operational training in hydrofining section of a factory in Tianjin.
