Based on the feature of hydro-treating technology, real-time dynamic simulation of the reaction process is carried out here for the process of hydro-treating technology.Hydro-treating process is that impurity, S,N,O, in oil is converted to hydrocarbon,H2S,NH3 and H2O, by means of catalyst. There are many complicated reactions in the hydro-treating process, including de-metal,de-sulfur,de-oxygen and de-nitrogen. We select eight typical reactions to simulate complicated reaction system. Based on the technological principle, a dynamic process model suitable for hydro-treating reactor was developed. The differential equation is calculated by Eulerian method. The main equipment model including reactor,heater,distillation,heat exchanger,separator and flash tank, is connected by sequential model method. Simulation results indicated that the model describes the reactor correctly and can be applied to dynamic process simulation.This industrial application has proved that this method can distinctly reflect the dynastic characteristics of hydro-treating process.
