In this paper the organic aluminum cross-linking system profile control agent was under the conditions of use of non-aqueous aluminum citrate preparation of cross-linking, through the polymer concentration, acetic acid, citric acid, aluminum chloride dosage selection system. In which the citric acid aluminum crosslinker concentration was 100mg / L, the cross-linked body and the best ratio of ligand was 1:1:0.3; and the molecular weight of the anionic polymers was 12 million, the concentration of 2000mg / L. Then we made experoment with a plant in Daqing oilfield provides deep cross-linking cross-linked A-1, complex ion B-2, micro-particles cross-linking system for statical evaluation of profile control agent to study four kinds of profile control agent into the gel strength, anti-shear capacity, into a gel time of the basic properties; and then flows through the core physical simulation test four kinds of profile control agent in the hearts of man-made rock blocking rate, residual resistance coefficient, drag coefficient and pressure breakthrough technical parameters; the final adoption of three parallel experiments Daqing Oilfield Sa screened for profile control in the sub-layers the best profile control agent.Core flow physics simulation experiment results show that the deep cross-linked A-1, complex ion B-2, an organic aluminum cross-linking system and micro-particle cross-linking agents are suitable for profile control system for plugging a high permeability formation; deep cross-linked A-1 and ion B-2 composite profile control agent with a controllable gelation time, anti-erosion properties of good, suitable for different depth profile control operation, is a promising one type of profile control system, particularly suitable for the present sewage system in Daqing Oilfield.Flooding three parallel experimental results show that the application of deep cross-linked A-1 and composite ion B-2 slug of polymer flooding before the 0.1PV profile control, oil recovery increased values were 1.83% and 2.91%; organic aluminum cross-linking system and micro-particle cross-linking system profile control agent are carried out using polymer flooding in the profile control, slug as 0.1PV, raise the average recovery were 1.40% and 0.57%.
