| Fuyu oil field is a typical reservoir with strong heterogeneity.From the geological characteristics of Fuyu oilfield, the development status and existing problems,there are 80% blocks for linear water wells,well network has been basically complete.Most block water content has reached more than 90%,degree of reserve recovery is low,the remaining oil is enriched, for this kind of block must seek suitable method to improve flood water swept volume and to further improve the ultimate recovery.In view the problems of Fuyu oilfield water cut rise faster,part block water rate reached more than 90%,degree of reserve recovery is low.Research and development new IPN hydrogels,and form a "new IPN Gel + fly ash" profile control system. "New IPN Gel+fly ash" system formula:0.2%HPAM+1% crosslinking agent A+1% and crosslinking agent B+6% fly ash,gel time 5-6 hours.Laboratory experiments show that CIF gel gelling time of 8 hours,gel viscosity of 3.5×104mPa·s.In this paper,the integrated use of interwell tracer monitoring technology,well head pressure monitoring technology,Rdos and PreSL flow channel advantage interpretation software to provide a scientific basis for the design of profile control project.Field test results show that the result of Fuyu oil field west CIF gel deep profile:in the case of seven wells injection reduce,liquid production remained stable,water content decreased and oil production increased.CoMPared with before the profile control and displacement the whole block daily fluid production rate was increased 60 tons,8.5 tons of oil daily.The effect of Fuyu oilfield West A block "new IPN Gel+fly ash" profile:the current dynamic of block was fluid production rate was decreased 30%,oil production rate was stable,water content decreased 2 percentage points,the dynamic liquid levelwas decreased.The overall block blankoff good.This paper optimized two kinds system of profile control and displacement,The properties of system are evaluated and field text.Analysis two kind of system field text results. |
