Aiming at the difficulty of the existing technology of enhanced oil recovery (EOR), this paper studied alkalescent alkaline/surfactant/polymer (ASP) flooding technology in Beierdong sub-layers to explore a way to enhance oil recovery, provided reference about residual oil exploitation in Sabei development area.In this paper, firstly, some oil reservoir geological characteristics such as structural characteristics, sedimentary characteristics, reservoir development characteristics, reservoir heterogeneity and interlayer development were studied. Some information about the residual oil was recognized. Recovery degree of Beierdong sub-layers was low and the residual oil was concentrated in the top part of thick reservoir and injection imperfect parts in sub-layers, so sub-layers have greater mining potential. Secondly, on the basis of existing experience, this paper combined with laboratory physical model and numerical simulation to optimize the Combinations of layers. This paper established the reasonable well spacing is 125m through the comparative analysis in control of well pattern, injection rate, injection ability and economic benefits. Lastly, this paper established geological model by using logging data and carried out numerical simulation to predict the oil displacement effect. Research results show that the development of alkalescent ASP flooding can improve recovery rate of more than 18% in Beierdong sub-layers.Beierdong is located in the south of Sabei development area, bordering with Sazhong development area. Compared with other blocks of Sabei development area and the north of Changyuan, reservoir sedimentary characteristics are similar and sedimentary thickness is little different, so the research results can provide a basis for the development of other areas and can also guide future industrialization promotion of ASP flooding.
