This paper used the straight-chainα-olefins, benzene, toluene, xylene, cumene, chlorosulfonic acid, sodium hydroxide as raw materials, and synthesize 16 series of alkyl aryl sulfonates with a clear molecular weight by means of the Friedel-Crafts alkylation, sulfonation, and neutralization reaction. These 16 series of alkyl aryl sulfonates are mixture of their isomers which have been purified by way of two-phase titration method, though the determination of the active substance contents we can know the purities of these alkyl aryl sulfonates are basically over 90%.With the Model-500 type rotary drop interfacial tension instrument we can determine the influence of the mixed surfactant concentrations, the concentrations of Na2CO3 and NaCl, the structure and concentration of alcohol, the concentration of Polyacrylamide to the oil / water interfacial tension, in order to research the variation of interfacial tension easily:Surfactant concentration0.2%(wt),the concentrations of Na2CO3 0.6%(wt) and the concentrations of NaCl 0.4%(wt),the concentration of pentanol 1.6%(vol).Using the interfacial tension scanning method, we can research the relation of the interface between the crude of Daqing Oil Field and 16 series of alkyl aryl sulfonates. Then based on the results, synthesized sulfonates according to the mass ratio for different proportions of compound, when the molecular weights were same, studied the surfactant molecular weight distribution range, the relationship between the molecular weight distribution ratio and interfacial tension, the relationship between the same mix of different molecular weight sulfonates and interfacial tension; when the molecular weight distribution range of the active agents were same, studied the relationship between the continuity of molecular weight distribution and interfacial tension; when the average molecular weights were not same, studied the relationship between the size of the average molecular weight and interfacial tension. After the research we can clarify the relationship between various factors and interfacial tensions,analysed the matching relationship between the molecular weight and distribution of alkyl aryl sulfonates and the crude oil, and determined the laws.
