| As a kind of environmental protection device, the ESP(electrostatic precipitator) is extensively applied in different fields, such as cement, electric power, metallurgy and building materials. By reducing industrial dust density, ESP contributes a lot to the protection of the ecosystem. Industrial dust density is the yardstick of the ESP's efficiency. Power controller is the key device of ESP. Hardware and control algorithm is important to enhance the efficiency of ESP.In this thesis, an efficient and reliable single-phrase power controller is designed and implemented for ESP, which is suitable for both new ESP system and the modification of old one. The development of the ESP in the world, fundamental theories, and the principle of high-voltage power supply system are studied. By studying on the hardware and software demands, the design scheme and control algorithm are researched. ESP's high-voltage debugging system is introduced, and the experience in this project is summarized. Power controller adopts STR912 of ARM9 series as microcontroller, and uses the technique of optical coupling isolation within the input, output and power supply module. The controller had 4 channels of analog inputs, including primary current, primary voltage, secondary current and secondary voltage,16 channels of digital inputs and 6 channel of digital output. All the digital signals among them could be flexibly configured. Meanwhile, it is equipped with RS485 asynchronous serial communication module, its communication frames is according to protocol of Modbus, and it can be monitored and controlled by the host computer. The controller designed has passed the test of simulation debugging system. |
