In recent years, with the frequent incidents of food safety issues, healthy eating has been Widespread attention of the whole society. Camellia oil has a unique effect on human health, the camellia oil has gained more and more pro-gaze. However, in the market, adulteration issues of camellia oil has become increasingly prominent. Currently, there are two limitations to the edible oil quality testing methods, On the one hand, operation tedious and time-consuming, on the other hand, testing equipment is expensive and difficult to popularity.Since1990s, modern near-infrared spectroscopy technique(NIRS) has been one of the fastest developing and most notable spectroscopy analysis technique. NIRS is the organic integration of spectroscopy technique and chemometrics, and is known as the "giant of the analysis", It provides high speed, high efficiency and non-destructive analysis.In this paper, the near-infrared nondestructive testing instrument of camellia oil has designed base on ARM9and embedded Linux system, To achieve a real sense of portable, fast, nondestructive and online testing. Hardware of the instrument is composed by the near infrared spectral acquisition module and S3C2440hardware platform, The near infrared spectral acquisition module of the instrument includes apparatus light rout, AD620signal amplification and AD7705A/D conversion circuit. Preferred filters of splitting system, again865,910,930,935,973and1065nm six centers wavelength filter combinations, using near-infrared light-emitting diode, Fresnel lens, OPT101photodetector to complete the structures of the optical path. Selected embedded Linux operating system, The software part includes custom transplantation of embedded Linux system, AD7705and the LED device drivers and man-machine interface design based on Qt. Completed the collection of the spectral signal processing and analysis in the Linux system, get rid of the dependence of the detection system on the PC.Selecting31adulterated camellia oil samples for spectral detection, multiple linear regression on the spectral data and establish quantitative analysis model, The results show that the model camellia oil has some predictive capacity.The instrument used touch-screen human-computer interaction to replace the traditional keyboard, human-computer interaction more friendly. The instrument which has a small size, simple operation, thus provides an economical and rapid means of non-destructive testing for camellia oil quality.
