The quality of care is good or bad wheel bearing on the use of clinker kiln, security and reliability. Processing technology to shore up the axle, the right rail Induction surface hardening is a key process, quenching determines the quality of care dealing with the use of effects and life axle. In the quenching process, the heating temperature and heating uniformity are two key control project. Therefore, for the two projects, develop a quality assurance with a strong ability and high degree of automation of the hardening machine on the essential. Quenching machine a complex structure, divided into two parts induction coil and the machine needs to have completed over multiple division of labor. The main purpose of this paper is to complete the machine part of the design task.This paper describes the prop axle shaft hardening and other large shortcomings in the status quo and then hardened axle according to the specific task entrusted to design the overall program; followed by quenching under the rail deformation and to analyze the hydraulic clamping for workpiece with the actuation system requirements and how to design a circuit to determine the hydraulic schematic diagram, and the parameters of the hydraulic system, a detailed calculation of the indicators of the system reasonable checking to determine the hydraulic components; using VVVF motor, cycloid pin wheel reducer, bevel gear formed feeding stepless speed drive system; using Y series three-phase induction motor, cycloidal reducer, v-belt drive transmission system to the composition of workpiece; Finally, the electrical parts associated with the design, according to the definition of process flow diagram of the PLC, the external interface and process control programming instructions written language, the completion of the overall control quenching machine. In this design, the mechanical parts of the detailed design and draw a conclusion composition, each component structure diagram and the main parts drawing. Through this design, based on PLC-quenching machine shaft, with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic integration, high degree of automation, productivity, utilization of high efficiency, economy and good, and many other advantages.
