The labour denseness model was adopted in the most of relay production lines presently, which makes asymmetry and grinding degree and affects the grinding quality by human being. So the artificial factor of the product is serious and instability. A large number of workers are employed to grind in TSANN KUEN Co., LTD of Zhangzhou which is unable to guarantee the quality of product. The full automation of muller is instead of human labour, which not only assures the quality and the stability, but also improves productivity and the technological content in product. So it is very important to study the full automation muller machine, the most important is that the technique can be applied to other similar grinding production. This thesis is mainly studied: the machine structure, the pneumatic control system, the PLC(Programmable Logical Controller) control system of the automation muller machine. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The significance and solution of the task, the compose of PLC, PLC working theory and the developing trend are analysed in first chapter. The robot defined and applied in the manufacture, the pneumatic control system are introduced..The structure of the automation muller machine was analyzed in chapter two. According to the manufacturing process and the velocity and acceleration of each part are described, in the same time, the force of the mechanism is studied. The kinematics and kinetics are analysed by manipulator handbook. In term of the manufacturing process requirements, the pneumatic principle chart, the construction and the working principle of the system are designed. The PLC control system is studied in chapter four. In term of specific control demand, the wiring chart of the hardware is designed, and the flow chart of the software is drawn, then the software is also compiled.Chapter five: the conclusions.
