The paper is based on national 973 project of "the wear mechanism of material under strong oxidation environment" processed with the ring-block tribological machine.A sliding friction testing platform of ring-block type samples under high concentrated H2O2 and the related test methods has been established.The tribological properties of two friction pair materials 1Cr18Ni9Ti/GCr15 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti/ZrO2 were studied in the medium of H2O2. The experiment results provide a useful reference for the research and selection of the tribological materials under strong oxidation environment.The main research contents and achievements of the paper are described as below:1.The key components used in the environment of high concentrated H2O2 of RB-2 ring-block testing machine were studied and designed.The experiment shows that the precision,steady and reliability of the RB-2 ring-block testing machine be increased by new load setting,the problem of splashing liquid corroding the machine has been solved by special medium container for high concentration H2O2,and the need for RB-2 working in the medium H2O2 is appeased by the external designed frictional force sensor.2.The friction pair of 1Cr18Ni9Ti/GCr15 is tested by the RB-2 ring-block testing machine under the environment of high concentrated H2O2,and a systemic analysis has been done.The results can be described as below:(?) With the increase of load,the variation rule of friction coefficient of 1Cr18Ni9Ti/GCr15 in the same concentration changes from that gets larger firstly and reduces afterwards with the flow sliding velocity to the opposite.(?) Both variation rules of increase or decrease with the increase of load are coexisted.When sliding velocity is relatively higher,the effect load on the friction coefficient of 1Cr18Ni9Ti/GCr15 friction pair is larger than in H2O2.and the friction coefficient changes greater.(?) Sliding speed,load and solution concentration have some impacts on wear rate of 1Cr18Ni9Ti friction pair.With the increase of the load,wear rate expands.However,the change degree doesn't remain constant.Wear in the H2O2 tends to be more serious than in the water.Irregular fluctuation for the law of wear rate increase presents in different sliding speed. 3.The friction pair materials 1Cr18Ni9Ti/ZrO2 is tested on the RB-2 machine under the environment of high concentrated H2O2,and carried on systemic research.The results can be described as below:(?) Within the testing load,the friction coefficient of the the friction pair 1Cr18Ni9Ti/ZrO2 varies with H2O2 concentration and sliding speed,of which the latter influences more.(?) Compared with in water,the friction coefficient of the 1Cr18Ni9Ti/ZrO2 friction pair is larger in H2O2.It is found that the changing of the friction coefficient has no obvious correspondence with H2O2 concentration.(?) For 1Cr18Ni9Ti in 1Cr18Ni9Ti/ZrO2 friction pair,the wear rate in the H2O2 tends to be severer than in the water,but the effect of H2O2 concentration seems insignificant.It's found that wear rate has the tendency of increase at lower sliding speed with improving H2O2 concentration.4.The friction coefficient and wear rate of the two friction pairs,1Cr18Ni9Ti/GCr15 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti/ZrO2,are determined by method of comparative analysis with common testing parameters(load,sliding speed and H2O2 concentration).The result indicates that the friction coefficient and wear rate of the latter of the two pairs are usually larger,however the tribological property tends to be better in high load and rapid sliding speed condition.
