When the sucker rod in process of down stroke,the upper is pulled and the lower is pressed because of gravity,fluid buoyancy and plunger resistance.If the press is excessive,the lower is bending,and the sucker rod will touch the casing,the research of sucker rod would be very meaningful.Currently,the force and deformation of sucker rod in theoretical research is a large number,but the theoretical results are very different,there is no great significance in engineering application,in this case,this paper adopts testing method to study the problem.Based on the theoretical research,the paper designs a testing machine,and the testing machine will do the research on the sucker rod in the testing way.Sucker rod belongs to the softness,when the sucker rod in process of down stroke,the lower is pressed,this paper analyzes the force and deformation of sucker rod,,and gives the formula for calculating the position of neutralizing point,the research on the force and deformation adopts the simple beam and the continuous beam,after that,theoretical calculation software is written by VB,and will provides the theory reference.According to requirements of Working,the paper designs a testing machine.The frame is designed by SolidWorks,and checked by ANSYS for the safety of key components;the paper determines the electro-hydraulic servo loading system for axial force output of the testing machine,the simulation on electro-hydraulic servo valve control and joint control simulation is done by AMESim software,through the results,the paper determines that loading system is adopted electro-hydraulic servo valve and the hydraulic circuit is designed,the paper sets a variety of hydraulic components in the circuit in order to ensure the safety;according to the requirements the control system software is written by LabVIEW to achieve automatic control and process,display and save the testing parameters.
