This thesis analyzes the character of asphaltum suspend liquid and successfully develop a new mounted device to inject this suspend liquid into oil well.At first, this thesis analyzes the methods to solve asphaltum felting. To solve alphaltum felting on the inner surface of valve, the high pressure ball valve is adopted in the suck and inject system to avoid the mechanical press in the mushroom valve which will bring alphaltum felting. At same time the lubrication glib is used on the high pressure ball valve by which the hydraulic oil will be added into valve to dissolve the asphalt fines and avoid these asphalt seep into the contact surface. To solve alphaltum felting on the inner surface of housing, the asperity of inner surface of housing and plunger is Ra0.4 and the fit clearance between them is 0.2mm. At same time one set of lubrication system is used to dissolve the asphalt fines.Secondly, this project develop a new a new mounted device to inject this suspend liquid into oil well, which can disassemble and transport easily. The device is drive by hydraulic system and is automatic controlled. It includes hydraulic system, electro system, frame, inject hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic system supply power and the hydraulic cylinder will complete a operation cycle- suck and inject. The electro system control start and shut of the electric valve, the energize and blackout of the electric change valve and electric overflow valve.This thesis analyzes and calculates the kinematics system and design the auto-control system, the housing injecting asphaltum suspend liquid, pipe system, mounted basement. Also choose the reasonable structure, material, surface treatment and technology.At last, the test and field experiment verify that: this deivce meet the requirement of the user and accomplish this project aim. This device solve successfully the difficult problem of the Daqing new material and help to spread this new material in other oil field.
