| Combined with the Science and Technology Key Project of Zhejiang Province, Development and application of digitized design and manufacturing platform of mechanical product in food and beverage industry, this paper did a research on the comprehensive solution of the specific mold design system for beverage bottle based on parts library taking the demonstration enterprise who applied this project successfully as the application object.Firstly, this paper introduced the research background, field and value, and also discussed the relative research status mainly about the application of digital design technique in beverage bottle mold design and the parts library techniques both at home and abroad. Then the main research work of this dissertation was introduced.Based on the analysis on the feature of the beverage bottle and its mold product, the present mold design process and status of the demonstration enterprise, the necessity of digital design system for mold design based on parts library was offered, the overall design of this system was conducted and its structure and operation principle was also brought forward. The configuration, function and database of this system were designed, and the application of this system was put forward in this paper.Then, the key issues and implementation technology of the parts library of this system was studied. After the analysis of the characteristics of the specific parts library, the classification and data structure as well as functions of management and searching parts were designed. Its implementation process was discussed to prepare for the realization of the whole beverage bottle mold design system.Design support modules of the system were studied, which include the design and realization process of the basic design data module, beverage bottle and preform design module, beverage bottle mold design module, and the function design of mold assemble module.According to study of key issues and the design of the specific design system for beverage bottle mold design, a prototype system was developed after choosing a suitable development environment and the application example was given.At last, the conclusion and prospect of this paper were drawn. |
