Taking HDD as representative the non-ax symmetrical heteromorphy's parts are very widespread in the actually engineering and the production. Because stamping craft have many characteristics such as high producing efficient, operating simple, material saving, mass production etc, the most heteromorphy's parts are obtained by stamping. However, working parts lose or bum because heteromorphy's parts crack in the corner and wrinkle in the actual stamping. Because complex deformation boundary condition and multiform factors the rules of which are blurred for heteromorphy's parts forming limit, the debugging tools' periodic in labor is long. But the wrinkles and cranks of the corner are the main engineering problem. In the actually engineering and the production the kinds of heteromorphy's parts are so many that we use HDD to study in order to feasibility study and conclusion effectiveness which has many geometric and forming characters of heteromorphy's parts in the corner.The main engineering problem in the HDD forming is the crack of the corner. If we want to solve the crack in the corner, the processing parameters of the HDD forming must be researched in order to find out the influence rule. The processing parameters mainly include blank shape,friction coefficient,deformation velocity,pressure-pad-force,stock thickness and round radius of die.The processing parameters which impact the crack in the corner of the non-ax symmetrical heteromorphy's parts taking HDD as representative systematically are researched by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and physical experiment. The data base is exploited according to research results. And the production proof is done.Firstly, the basic theory is approached and the stress of every section is analyzed in the HDD drawing on base of much technical reference.Secondly, the HDD drawing is simulated by DANYFORM software. We analyze the influence of some main processing parameters in the HDD drawing such as blank shape,friction coefficient,deformation velocity,pressure-pad-force,stock thickness and round radius of die etc. We obtain the rules of influence of the main processing parameters in the HDD drawing, and achieve the functional equation between main processing parameters and the forming limit of HDD first drawing by means of software fitting.Lastly, we affirm that the results of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are correct by physical experiment. We make use of the results to instruct the real produced similarity complex parts, and develop the inquiry data base of the HDD drawing processing that may be used to reality labor.The research finding of this paper take on important significance for the development of the non-ax symmetrical heteromorphy's parts taking HDD as representative and we supply the very useful technical reference data for the speedy design of factories' technical personals and the less debugging tools' periodic.
