In order to improve product quality, reduce the cost of production, chase the higher profits, lots of manufacturers adopt a kind of variable cross-section plate steel. Longitudinal profiled plate is one kind of this plate, as early as 1980s, foreign countries began rolling the longitudinal profiled plate research, and widely used in shipbuilding and bridge industry. But in our country the longitudinal profiled plate research is just beginning, only a small number of scientific research strength of large companies with longitudinal profiled plate production capacity, a large number of longitudinal profiled plate imports. In order to improve China's shipbuilding and bridge the level of industrial, to meet growing market demand increases, longitudinal profiled plate on the research is very important.In this paper, the longitudinal profiled plate rolling production process is researched more fully. Basic on the plate AGC theory deduce the longitudinal profiled plate AGC theory, establish the mathematical model in all aspects of longitudinal profiled AGC system. By means of mechanism modeling method, establish the longitudinal profiled plate AGC electro hydraulic servo control system mechanism model which easy to analysis of the impact of dynamic characteristics of the key factors. Make the stability analysis of established electro-hydraulic servo control system, and PID controller is designed to perfect this system. Establish the dynamic simulation model by MATLAB/SIMULATION, and make dynamic simulation and dynamic performance analysis of longitudinal profiled plate AGC system. Aim at the press quantity increase with time in the longitudinal profiled plate rolling process, make the rolling process in this paper, and make the finite element simulation by FEM soft MSC.MARC. and the impact in the process of rolling of non-load pressure on the roll gap and rolling the main factors were analyzed.In the paper, establish thickness control electro hydraulic servo control system basic on longitudinal profiled plate AGC system basic theoretical principle. And successfully simulate the longitudinal profiled plate rolling process by FEM soft MARC. Provide the stable, feasible and good dynamic performance electro hydraulic servo control system, and rolling process parameters which can stable rolling. Solve the main question in the longitudinal profiled plate rolling process, and provide the reliable reference data. |
