Qinling Mountains is an important dividing line of south and north China, as well as an important component of the Han River, Jialing River, and the Wei River. It is the unique geological condition of mineralization that bred the rich mineral resource. With the development of mineral resources more and more intensity, collapse, landslides, debris flow, ground subsidence and tailings dam-break etc. in mine area occur from time to time. They are very common phenomenon of heavy metal contamination in the surface water, the ground- water, the soil, the vegetation, etc. The mining area geological environment is suffering the unprecedented threat and the destruction. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on the comprehensive evaluation to the local mining area geological environment quality. It is ensure that the sustainable development of mining, also the current protection of mine geological environment of the phased plan and the primary task of governance.The paper takes the lead-zinc mining area in Feng County as an example. Through prototype investigation and study, parameter extraction and sampling test, summarizes the characteristics of the geological environment and the rules at research area. According to the geological condition background, present situation of mineral resources exploitation and the mining major environmental problems, established a mining geological evaluation index system of environmental quality. Completed a geo-environmental quality evaluation of mining quantitative evaluation indicators, and establish the basis of the geological environment of the mining database.Uses the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, with the aid of C #.net and SQL (Structured Query Language) development tools, the author has developed independently"Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the mine geological environment to assess the quality of intelligent systems (MGQIS)", and selects the eight mining areas as the example, has confirmed software system's accuracy and the reliability. Development of the system improves the quality of the mine geological environment evaluation of the efficiency and accuracy, lead-zinc mine districts of Feng County developed comprehensive treatment of practical significance.
