Study On The Technology Of Preparing RDF By Waste Plastic Packaing Film

In recent years, because large numbers of waste packaging plastic film were threw away, the subsistent circumstance for human has to bear big stress. The environmental pollution caused by waste packaging plastic film is drawing more and more attention in China.In this article, the status of waste packaging plastic film generation, recovery and treatment in China was introduced; the study and application status of RDF, especially of the derived fuels mostly from waste plastic films in China was introduced which is the new way to treat with waste packaging plastic film. This technology is of quite important value, including the storage and transportation of waste packaging plastic film in useful energy, the recovery and utilization of regenerated refuse or biomass, easy smooth burning and reducing pollution of fume.This technology may become a new way of waste packaging plastic film in China; it is very necessary to research thoroughly on the forming principle and process, the combustion theory and property the control pollution methods of this technology.Researched the combustion characteristics of waste plastics film by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) .Through the data analysis of the TG/DTG, their parameters of combustion kinetics were obtained respectively with a dynamics model. The result showed that the combustion of PE belonged to thefirst class reaction.
